Merry Christmas from ours to yours

We rejoice yet again that our Savior has given us another year of serving Him. Had you asked me a year ago where we would be today, I never could have imagined. Many have followed our journey that He chose to lead us down this year, but if you missed it you can begin here. God has blessed us with many lessons this last year, but more importantly, He has lavished us with His Grace and His love. He has built our faith in ways I never knew our faith needed building. And, even though we are getting settled, jumping into a new ministry, and being us here in this place…I never want to move past these mountains of lessons. I never want to forget the incredible stories, huge answers to prayer, rough testings, and gigantic “God moments.” I never want to get so comfortable in the here and now that I lose sight of His goodness.

Christmas brings many traditions in our home…many activities, memory building moments, and loads of fun. But, I so desperately want to continue in our traditions and busy season with the incredible reminder that without this sweet baby Jesus coming to that manger, our lives would be forever pointless. We rejoice in His gift, in His example, and in His character that we must daily long to follow. We pray your Christmas is filled with the true meaning of this special day. He came to be the greatest gift for this entire world. Our sweet little Jesus has a special place for you and I. May we each be more like Him each day! Merry Christmas, sweet friends!
