Pumpkin coming out of our ears!
For the last several weeks it seems like I have accumulated way too much pumpkin. So, I have hit the jackpot on some yummy new fallish recipes! This one is the one I made for company last weekend. I tweeked it a bit to be somewhat Weight Watcher friendly and voila!!!
