3 boxes ice cream (any flavors your heart or tummy desires) Start by putting a layer of crushed cookies in the bottom of the pan. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Don’t dump the whole thing. But, cover the cookies well. If you put too little the bottom layer will just crumble apart, but if you dump tons it will become soup. Sorry, I never measure. Just drizzle heavily over. Take your first desired ice cream and cut open box. Slice the ice cream in slices about 1 1/2-2 inches thick and cover the crumb layer. Then add another crumb layer and chocolate syrup. I typically drizzle on some caramel and melted peanut butter on this layer too. Then slice another box of ice cream then repeat again and again depending on your amount of ice cream. Complete the top of the cake with crushed cookies and drizzles of your desire. I love to chop up candy bars or other candies too. |
Enjoy!
