Curry Chicken & Mashed Potatoes~ Day 5
I am thankful that my dear family loves many different kinds of foods. The first time I made curry chicken my 4 year old turned her nose up at the smell of curry powder. It was funny, but when she tasted the finished product she was in love!

Sear your chicken in a pot with garlic and onion and 1 T of olive oil.

Add your cream of chicken, water, and spices and let simmer or crockpot on low for a few hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice! It’s fun to serve with a different starch each time! My families favorite though is mashed potatoes.

Curry Chicken |
| 4 chicken breasts, sear and fry in 2 T olive oil Sauté with one onion and 1 T minced garlic Add 2-3 Cans Cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups water 4 Chicken bouillon cubes 2 tsp. curry powder Salt & pepper to taste |

Mashed Potatoes |
| 10 pounds potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled to desired softness 1-2 sticks butter 3/4 c. sour cream dash of garlic Milk to desired consistency Salt & pepper to taste optional—4 oz cream cheese for richer and creamier flavor |
