There are so many other wonderful things that I daily enjoy that God has graciously bestowed upon me. Have I become unthankful by not thanking the One who gave them to me? What a reminder it has been to me lately that I have pushed my thankfulness to the back burner of life. It does not take precedence in my prayers and praise to the Lord daily! I am convicted!

Lord, help me to give thanks even for my daily gifts that have become gifts I’ve taken for granted.
