How can one say there is NO God???
After driving through the mountains, living in the mountains for a few days, and observing the panoramic views of God’s creation I could not help but stop and reflect about how great my God is! Even while driving home through the Blue Ridge Parkway I mentioned to my hubby that it boggled my mind to think that people see that beauty and still believe that the world was formed by a big BANG! It just tickles me to know that God’s handiwork is divine and so detailed. He arranged those trees just as they are and placed those gorgeous clouds over those mountains just as He pleased. I think He did so so we could walk away with gorgeous pictures to show our friends. But, through those pictures we too could express appreciation to Him for His gorgeous creation! What a great God we serve!
We were thrilled to get away on a mini romantic retreat in the mountains of Bryson City last weekend! We found a gorgeous cabin at the top of the mountain and away from everything. It was complete with a hot tub, jacuzzi, and pool table. We did NOTHING! And, absolutely loved and needed it! We did do a bit of sight seeing and yard sale adventures on Saturday morning which was fun. We went on the road to nowhere and took some fun pictures. All in all, it was an amazing and relaxing weekend!
