Quick change up!
My coffee table needed a bit of sprucing up and I wanted to do something quick, easy, and FREE! Gotta love the last requirement! With revival all this week, my life seems a bit crazy hectic, but Maddie and I have found some fun little projects to do in the mornings while big sissy and brother are at school!
So, we pulled out some fabric, dusted off some candle sticks, chose our color candle from the closet, and grabbed a few other knickknacks to add to our “display.” Maddie was pretty tickled mommy let her help!
From this…..
….to this!

I like it too! I am sure all yardsale finds too 🙂
So Mrs. Organizer – how do you organize your excess knick-knacks and candles, and such? I of course have strictly seasonal items that I pack up in the attic – yes I have a small bin each for Valentine's, Easter/Spring, 4th of July, a few for fall and many for Christmas! 🙂 But what about spare candlesticks, knick-knacky items that you sort of rotate in with seasonal decor?? Where do you store those? and how?
Need to find a better method than piled in my spare bedroom! thinking of installing shelves in my closet but not sure??

I actually store them in my laundry closet! I don't have much space for extra decor and such, so all my seasonal stuff goes to the shed. But, I have a few organizer bins that I stack in my laundry closet that I put all my extra candles, holders, and extra little knickknacks that I like to change up often. I have picture frames and chalkboards in the same cupboard. Shelves in your closet sounds like a good plan. I just found that the closer they are to me and the easier they are to get makes it less stressful to rearrange something. I don't want for little change ups to take forever and be a mess maker because I had to haul everything out to look through.
I'd just put a few shelves up and have the stuff you get down more often readily available to you! Hope that helps!
