No Flour cookies

After having a sweet teen over many times and knowing she could not have flour at all, I went on a wild experiment of developing lots of recipes that did not call for any flour! I honestly have grown to love each of the recipes I created and love this cookie recipe for its simplicity and changeability! So, if you are in the mood for a peanut butter cookie without the flour try these!

peanut butter cookies

Molly’s flourless peanut butter cookies

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter (or you can use crunchy peanut butter or nutella)

1 egg

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup chocolate chips  (or you can use nuts, m & ms or whatever you want—the options are endless)

Cream all together and place by the spoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Take off cookie sheet right away so the bottoms don’t get too crispy. Just be careful when doing this because they will be softer since their is no flour holding them together!

Enjoy!

Oooh, I am going to have to try these! Mylie will be so happy to have a homemade chocolate chip cookie. 🙂 I'd love to see any of your other flourless recipes that I might be able to use for her/us.
