Splish, Splash…it’s Maddie’s 2nd Birthday Bash!
We had a super fun birthday with our little one yesterday! I often wish they could stay young forever with one reason being that the younger they are the easier the theme and the cake! Maddie asked for duckies and that’s just what we did! All in all, it was the easiest cake ever! Alas, she too will grow up and have pretty tall orders in a cake just like her big sissy and brother. But, I love it and it is only once a year, so it’s okay!

Cake and cupcakes for the birthday girl! She filled little buckets with bubbles, chalk, bubble bath and candy for each of her friends!
Maddie helped mommy create ducky looking balloons! She was pretty excited to help us hang them up!
Opening presents was my favorite because she was so cute! Every time she opened something she would say, “Ahhhh!” and get so excited! The money in the cards was the best!
Blue punch (pond) I made for the drink! It was fun and yummy!
