Stuffed Chicken & Fresh Garlic Beans~ Day 18

Chicken is a staple protein around here, so mixing it up a bit can be fun. We love stuffed chicken many ways. Bacon, cheese, fresh herbs, stuffing and more make for great fillings!
Start by slicing open your chicken breasts…
Next, fill your chicken with cheese, a spoonful of stuffing, cheese, bacon, or whatever you desire. You really can’t go wrong in the filling department. Below I put a mixture of fresh basil, mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic.
If you fill make sure you secure your chicken with toothpicks so your cheeses don’t run out. I typically do not do this step if my chicken doesn’t have cheese. Drizzle olive oil over each piece and Salt and pepper or add seasons before baking.

Bake at 450 for 30-35 minutes.
Pair this with a quick toss up of fresh green beans, 2 T olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 T cooked bacon crumbles, and salt and pepper to taste! Cook on medium heat until your beans are as crunchy or mushy as you like them.
